Fuolio is a web application that lets you record, consolidate and visualise assets and liabilities — including stocks, funds, crypto, real estate, private equity, cash and loans — across multiple countries and currencies, and view consolidated net worth, performance and reports.

Fuolio is a tracking and reporting tool only. We do not hold, receive, custody, transfer or manage money or assets; execute or route trades; provide investment, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice; or act as a bank, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or regulated financial institution. Figures and insights are informational only, not recommendations. You are solely responsible for financial decisions.

Values come from data you enter and third-party sources such as market data providers. We do not guarantee that any price, rate, valuation or calculation is accurate, complete or current. Valuations are estimates, not statements of account.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support@fuolio.com about suspected unauthorised access.

Access is sold as a recurring subscription. The price, currency and billing period are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, at the then-current price. We will give notice before price changes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders, handles customer service and returns, collects and remits applicable taxes, and appears on your card or bank statement. Contact Paddle at paddle.net or Fuolio at support@fuolio.com.

Cancel from account settings or by emailing support@fuolio.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy at /refund.

Do not use the Service unlawfully, upload data without rights or authorisation, access other accounts, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, interfere with security, or share or resell credentials. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of data you add. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service. The Service, software, design, brand and materials remain ours or our licensors’. See the Privacy Policy at /privacy for data handling.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding twelve months, without excluding rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Courts of Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Questions: support@fuolio.com. Billing questions may also go to paddle.net.
